Start by viewing the routine you'll be working on, move on to the video that breaks down each move step by step (and repeat each three times), then practice the complete routine with the counts and adding in the music, follow up with doing the routine three times and there you have it, a complete dance fitness class guaranteed to make you sweat and you'll forget you're even exercising!

I'm so happy you've joined my community of dancers in my virtual dance studio! I'm so excited to bring this project to life. It has been a passion of mine for the past sixteen years and I'm excited to share it with you. I love making people happier through the joy that dance can bring you. Endorphins, sweat, creativity, hard work...I bring it all!

So many people over the years have told me how intimidated they were by taking a dance class and I usually say give it four classes and it will change your life. My virtual dance studio is even better because literally no one is watching! It's just you and me. Or if you'd like grab a friend or a group and do this together. A little bit about me. I'm known in Northern California for my unique dance classes that are part choreography, part showmanship, and a lot of workout! I've been teaching for sixteen years and have been on staff at Equinox NYC, San Francisco, and Palo alto, Bay Club of San Francisco, Redwood Shores and Santa Clara, Reach Fitness in Palo Alto, Sports Club LA, and I have run my own private class for the past 12 years in Northern California. (You'll see many of these classes on this site.)

Dance is my passion and my hobby. In my other life I am a professional musical theater actress and has worked on stages across the country from New York City to San Francisco. I am also a playwright and the creator of Real Housewives The Musical and Becoming Britney the musical. So as you see my life is dramatic, and that shows in my classes!  I can't wait to get started dancing with you!
